Who is affected

All stores whose product feed to Google Merchant Center goes through the Content API

What it changes

The old catalogue upload interface is closed and only the Merchant API still feeds Shopping ads.

What to do

This one is settled by the app that sends your catalogue, not by your theme. Ask its publisher whether the move to the Merchant API is done, and when it was deployed on your store.
